Role Description:

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Business Performance Manager to join our vibrant team!
As the Business Performance Manager, you will be responsible for driving financial performance management, supporting strategic planning and forecasting activities, tracking business performance metrics, and leading cost optimization initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

    Support financial steering activities across Managed Services, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
    Manage indirect cost monitoring and control to ensure adherence to financial targets.
    Oversee CAPEX and OPEX planning processes and provide insights to support effective resource allocation.
    Drive ARVE controlling activities and ensure accurate financial performance tracking.
    Develop and maintain structured reporting frameworks to monitor business performance and key financial metrics.
    Conduct forecasting, trend analysis, and variance analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
    Manage and track savings initiatives, ensuring achievement of cost optimization and efficiency targets.
    Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve financial performance and support strategic business objectives.

Experience & Qualification:

    Minimum 6 years of experience in finance, business performance management, analytics, IT services, or management consulting.
    Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (Masters degree from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution preferred).
    Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
    In-depth understanding of financial analysis, cost management, business reporting, and performance tracking methodologies.
    Excellent communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
    Fluency in written and spoken English.
    Strong analytical, financial modeling, reporting, and data interpretation skills.
    Proficiency in financial and business intelligence tools, including Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SAP or similar ERP systems.
