Your role
As our new Business Manager, you will be responsible for some of our biggest software R&D/Engineering customers in Stockholm, managing and developing existing and new relationships.

In this role you will play a key role in:
• Sales responsibility for targeted software R&D/engineering clients
• Business development and revenue growth
• Building and maintaining client relations locally
• Analyze the local market and be continuously updated on the latest trends
• Optimize local bench and staff our employees on relevant projects
• Anticipate the end of contracts and resources reallocation
• Responsible to find the right assignment for the right competence, using portals, email or in direct contact with the customer

Your profile
• University degree within Business Administration, Engineering or similar
• Experience from a leading role within sales or/and business development
• We are looking for you with a lot of energy and who thrives in a fast pace
• Strong knowledge and network within the Swedish software R&D/engineering environment
• You have strong leadership and negotiation abilities
• Fluent in Swedish and/or English
