Your Role

As a Junior/Associate Business Analyst, you will play a key role in understanding business needs and translating them into clear, actionable requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of technology solutions, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution. This role offers strong exposure to data analysis, process improvement, and modern digital tools within a global delivery environment.

Responsibilities & Scope

• Gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements with clarity and precision
• Prepare technical documentation, including functional specifications and process flows
• Support development and QA teams by clarifying requirements and assisting in test case creation
• Conduct market research and comparative analysis to support solution design and decision-making
• Assist senior analysts with data extraction, reporting, and ad hoc analysis
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and delivery quality
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to backlog refinement and sprint planning activities
• Ensure traceability between business requirements, technical solutions, and delivered outputs

Your Profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into structured requirements
• Practical experience with SQL for data extraction, validation, and basic analysis
• Understanding of cloud environments such as Azure or AWS, especially in system integration contexts
• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps for backlog and documentation management
• Ability to create and execute test scripts, ensuring quality and accuracy in deliverables
