Job Description:

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into actionable insights. Contribute to team knowledge sharing by documenting best practices and lessons learned.
Assist in validating that proposed solutions meet business needs and comply with quality standards.
