Your Role
- End-to-End Bid Management: Lead complete bid lifecyclefrom team setup, pursuit planning, solution development to final submission.
- Strategy & Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to define win themes, solution strategy, and value proposition.
- Proposal & Commercials: Develop high-quality, persuasive RFP/RFI responses including pricing and commercial models.
- Deal Conversion Ownership: Drive conversion metrics (RFP/RFI success rate, TCV wins) and support large deals/vendor empanelment.
- Stakeholder & Knowledge Management: Manage client visits, senior stakeholder coordination, and build reusable bid assets/repositories.
Your Profile
- Bid Management Expertise: Proven experience handling mid-to-large complex bids in presales or equivalent roles.
- Commercial & Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of pricing models, deal structuring, and financial simulations.
- Stakeholder Influence: Ability to engage senior leadership, clients, and lead cross-functional teams without authority.
- Project & Communication Skills: Strong organizational, presentation, and articulation capabilities under tight timelines.
- Digital & AI Enablement: Experience leveraging AI/GenAI tools to improve bid efficiency and quality.
