Join Capgeminis Cloud & Custom Applications (C&CA) practice as an AWS AI Engineer, helping clients turn innovative ideas into scalable business outcomes. Working within C&CA, you will design and deliver AI-powered solutions that enable organisations to unlock value from data, accelerate decision-making, and build future-ready capabilities. Hybrid working:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deliver production-ready AI and machine learning solutions that create measurable business value.
  • Integrate generative AI capabilities, knowledge retrieval approaches, and intelligent automation into robust cloud-based services.
  • Develop scalable and secure data pipelines that enable reliable access to high-quality data for AI-driven outcomes.
  • Ensure AI solutions are resilient, maintainable, and aligned with business, operational, and user needs.
  • Automate delivery processes and establish effective operational practices that support reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor solution performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and user experience.
  • Embed security, privacy, governance, and compliance principles throughout the solution lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, data specialists, and stakeholders to shape solution direction and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Promote AI fluency and knowledge sharing across teams, contributing to the growth of a future-ready workforce.

Must-Have Skills

  • Proven experience designing, building, and deploying AI and machine learning solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end AI lifecycle, from data preparation through deployment, monitoring, and optimisation.
  • Experience delivering scalable cloud-based solutions and translating business requirements into technical outcomes.
  • Knowledge of generative AI concepts, large language models, retrieval-based approaches, and AI-powered business solutions.
  • Understanding of secure software engineering, data governance, privacy, and compliance best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to balance innovation and practical delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
