Your Role
- 2 to 4 years of experience in BPO, Healthcare, Claims Processing, Customer Service, Collections, or related operations.
- Experience in handling complex customer issues, escalations, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to drive independent case resolution and support process improvements.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, web-based tools, email systems, and data management activities.
- Willingness to work in a 24x7 environment.
YOUR PROFILE
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Strong customer handling and escalation management skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
