Your role

You provide reliable secondline support for customer applications, ensuring stability, security, and smooth daytoday operations. You play a key role in resolving incidents, managing changes, and supporting system upgrades and releases. By collaborating with crossfunctional teams and continuously improving processes, you help deliver efficient and highquality services aligned with agreed SLAs in a dynamic, productionfocused environment.

Your tasks

  • Provide secondline support for customer applications.
  • Perform changes and tasks based on standard and nonstandard procedures.
  • Manage incidents and major incidents in line with SLAs.
  • Plan and apply patches to ensure system stability and security.
  • Execute infrastructure upgrades for production tools.
  • Support release activities and ensure smooth deployments.
  • Handle tickets including incidents, changes, problems, requests, and scheduled tasks.
  • Implement improvements and collaborate with teams to enhance efficiency.

Your profile

  • Strong expertise in Linux and Windows operating systems.Good understanding of cloud and DevOps concepts (Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD (GitLab), Ansible).
  • Experience with scheduling tools such as Autosys, VTOM, or ControlM.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and support teams in planning and execution.
  • Strong problemsolving skills in operational environments.
  • Good collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in French.
  • Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) is an advantage.
