Buscamos profissional Analista Sênior de Gestão de Configuração (CMDB) com experiência em ITSM, ITIL e Gestão de Configuração (CMDB) para atuar na implantação e governança do CMDB da empresa, realizando o mapeamento de serviços, aplicações, infraestrutura e seus relacionamentos. Será responsável por definir padrões e garantir a integração da CMDB com processos como Incidentes, Problemas e Mudanças, atuando em conjunto com equipes técnicas e de negócio.
Requisitos:
- Experiência com gestão de configuração em CMDB, ITSM e ITIL;
- Vivência com processos de Incidente, Problema e Mudança;
- Perfil analítico, organizado e colaborativo.
Diferenciais:
- ServiceNow, Jira Assets, Service Mapping e Discovery;
- Conhecimento em arquitetura de aplicações e infraestrutura;
- Certificação ITIL;
- Conhecimento em AWS e ambientes Cloud.
