The IT Asset Management and Optimization (ITAMO) service within the IT Department is responsible for managing IT assets to improve control over operational risks and costs. This service globally oversees Cardifs asset registers and IT management tools to support compliance and riskmanagement requirements for our IT activities and to control spending and investments related to our IT footprint. In this regard, the service monitors the health of IT assets by identifying critical components (underutilization, toxicity, etc.), helps reduce software spending through the rationalization of publisher contracts and usage, and finally facilitates the identification of optimizations for infrastructureservice expenditures delivered by the Groups IT providers.

Position Purpose: 

SERVICENOW SENIOR INTEGRATOR

We are looking for a Senior Servicenow Integrator to join our global IT team. 

In this role, you will be part of a Cardif Servicenow Shared Service Center team ensuring development activities in support of the 35+ Cardif entities worldwide. 

This team is in charge of supporting Cardif adoptions of Servicenow processes and developing Servicenow custom Catalog offerings or custom Applications.

The integrations are done on 2 Servicenow instances of the BNP Paribas group (one for IT processes and the other for Business processes). Therefore, they are done following a strict releasing process, defined at group level.

Direct Responsibilities

We are looking for a senior Service-NOW developer and integrator, with proven experiences of advanced implementations on the ServiceNow platform.

The candidate activities include:

contribution to the collation and the definition of functional requirements (workshops with end users, specifications documents, )

Advanced integration & developments (enhancements, bug fixes, etc.)

platform administration and support (maintenance, upgrades; incident management with Service-Now & other internal teams, )

documentation writing (development procedures, user guides; admin guide, etc.)

support to the Platform advanced Country touchpoints

organization of training sessions

Development and release activities, complying strictly with the Group rules and good practices

Follow-up of CMDB data quality of Cardif asset 

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Generic technical and functional expertise on ServiceNow (mandatory). Including: Javascript, REST/SOAP, Angular & Jelly, .

Mastering Servicenow Flow Designer and complex integrations with external systems

In-depth understanding of CMDB/CSDM structure and IRE mechanisms

Academic degree in IT or at least 5 years of expertise on IT field 

Fluent in English (mandatory) 

French would be appreciated

Technical Skills:

 Javascript, Angular & Jelly

Behavioral Skills: 

 Excellent communication skills ability to present financial insights clearly and with impact to non-technical and executive audiences

 Ability to work autonomously
