Full Job Description

We develop and support a software platform composed of numerous modules covering the entire corporate credit chain process. Credit platform is used worldwide in 50 countries by thousands of employees since 2019.

We use kanban with monthly deployments to several worldwide production sites. Platform is developed and maintained by a large (200+) international team divided into several feature teams. We provide good environment for professional skill development as we have talents within local and global teams who share knowledge and provide support to others.

This role blends handson test automation with occasional frontend development work, requiring both technical depth and strong teamwork skills.

Junior Frontend Developer (Test Automation)

Requirements:

  • Front-end technologies (essential): Type Script, HTML, understanding of Java Script event loop, understanding of HTTP network protocol
  • Excellent command of sourcecode collaboration tools, particularly Git
  • Nice to have: Angular, Nx, Playwright, Cucumber BDD syntax (Gherkin) for writing human readable test scenarios, DevOps practices Jenkins debug skills, NodeJS
  • Experience with AIassisted coding tools 
  • Fluent English
  • Curiosity, willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Basic understanding of testautomation concepts training will be provided

Responsibilities:

  • Automate an existing backlog of test scenarios, turning manual cases into reliable, maintainable E2E scripts.
  • Collaborate with the Front-End team to add or adjust UI elements when necessary to enable automation (e.g., data attributes, hooks, test IDs).
  • Develop a solid functional understanding of the banking application to ensure tests accurately reflect business requirements.
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with developers, QA engineers, and test analysts, providing status updates, raising blockers, and sharing insights that improve overall test coverage.
