Full Job Description
Your Main Activities Are
- Supporting team in preparing documentation, filling in templates, validation requests
- Gathering preparatory information for HR initiatives and ad hoc exercises
- Collecting, analysing data, checking, chasing and completing data requests
- Data quality checks, reconciliations, checking information in HR tools, correcting inconsistencies and/or chasing the relevant departments to correct them
- Extract relevant KPIs and prepare reports for each HR BP to analyse
- Keep HR databases up to date, tracking information on HR tools, updating it in the various sources of information
- Organizing, maintaining and updating teams files records, tracking and following up on pending matters
- Support in gathering information regarding initiatives liaising with Human Capital Manager (talent identification programs, people review, succession planning, diversity & inclusion initiatives, etc)
- Providing input for the creation and updating of the teams training materials (ex: induction plan and agenda, guides, tutorials)
- Performing interviews and providing first level support to employees
- Summarising information and market trends
- Liaising with other HR areas and relevant stakeholders on ongoing topics
Profile and Skills to Success
- Academic Background: Management or Human Resources
- Proficiency in Excel
- Fluent in English
- Good communication skills - oral & written
- Organization ability and time management
- Ability to collaborate/teamwork
