Junior Fund Documentation Specialist with French
Requirements:
- Fluent working knowledge of French and English is essential
- Experience in finance or securities services sector is a plus
- Good Knowledge of MS Excel will be considered as an advantage
- Ability to work with multiple documents and data sources
- Numerate and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively as a team player
- Excellent organisational & communication skills
- Stress resistance and ability to work under deadlines
- Self-motivation to develop

- Willingness to take on new challenges and look for enhancements in existing processes
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyse fund documentation in order to execute fund creations and modifications following predefined procedures and checklists;
- Update fund data in internal data base; investigate and flag any quality issues for senior colleagues;
- Investigate simple discrepancies;
- Respond to routine client queries and perform simple investigations;
- Perform standard riskcontrol checks and escalate exceptions promptly;
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions and processimprovement initiatives under guidance;
