Private Capital Liabilities Specialist with French

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, finance or securities services, or property sector
  • Great working knowledge of French and English is essential (min C1)
  • Good Knowledge of Private Equity and Real Estate fund specificities will be considered as an advantage
  • Very good analytical skills
  • Innovative approach
  • Multitasking skills
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player
  • Excellent organizational & communication skills
  • Client focused approach
  • Willingness to take on new challenges and look for enhancements in existing processes

Responsibilities:

  • Processing of distributions and other payment related tasks for French PE&RE funds in compliance with internal procedures
  • Processing subscriptions, redemptions, successions and other movements on shares for French PE&RE funds in compliance with internal procedures
  • Management of personal and team email boxes
  • Management of cash reconciliations on several accounts and keeping track of fees
  • Preparing reports for internal and external parties
  • Maintaining communication and relations with all counterparties (internal and external)
  • Participating in internal reporting activities to measure the quality of operations (KPIs)
  • Active participation in the evolution of the department
  • Identifying risks in a timely and efficient manner to ensure the best chance of mitigating them
  • Contributing to the completion and maintenance of procedures and SLA
  • Being main point of contact for various clients
