The Securities Services business of BNP Paribas is one of Europe's leading providers of TA services for securities.
The Luxembourg branch plays a major part in its operations, offering clients high value-added services extending from custody to securities lending, fund administration, Transfer Agent, performance measurement and ratings, and bond issuance services.
We are currently looking for a:

CONTEXT AND CHALLENGES
TA operation team in Luxembourg is a hub for managing the centralization and execution service for investors' orders on fund shares. Our clients are the asset managers of these investment funds.
We provide brokerage and TA services for subscription, redemption, and transfer orders on fund shares.
This activity is experiencing rapid expansion due to the increasing number of investors and investment funds. Our team in Luxembourg handles all necessary operations to efficiently manage these transactions.
We ensure that subscription, redemption, and transfer orders on fund shares are processed timely and accurately. Our goal is to provide high-quality brokerage services and TA dealing management, with a focus on clients and investors satisfaction.
Indeed, TA operation agent will be responsible for managing various tasks.
In the context of our development, we are looking for an external employee to work in a department with a wide variety of task.
WHATS YOUR DAY-TO-DAY MISSION?
Daily Production Management
:BAU Operations
Receipt and placement of investors transactions
Transmission and monitoring of investors transactions by the Central Transfer Agent (CTA).
Call back CTA or investors on outstanding transactions
Monitoring of anomalies
Ensuring that transactions are accounted on timely manner
Maintenance of the client database, the contractual database.
Investigation of pending cash and securities transactions
Ensuring the execution of all corporate action notifications
Client Facing
Be responsible for the investor and client request process until resolution
Be the single point of contact for our client and investors
Ensure the preparation of the various client reports
Ensures and strengthens the continuous improvement process, system and production control systems
Continuous improvement of production checklists, adapting to changes in activity
Monitor and update incident database + implement preventive measures

You will join an enthusiastic team of 9 people.
Interactions outside the team: Client, Management companies, Auditors, Different CTA worldwide.
Position eligible for teleworking and remote site after training completed
