Brief description of our company - ARVAL COMPETENCE CENTER
Your main duties as AP Accountant Junior will be:
- Support the AP team and complete assigned tasks on time
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of supplier payments
- Communicate with suppliers, internal clients, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with ACCB departments and supported countries
- Follow internal policies, procedures, and manager instructions
Technical responsibilities:
- Review and approve invoices
- Maintain vendor accounts and ensure data accuracy in V3 / Dynamics / CODA
- Handle daily communication with suppliers and clients
- Archive documents and maintain records
- Support internal controls and reporting activities
- Prepare work instructions and assist with process improvements
- Prepare statistics and reports as required by management
