In this role you will be responsible for:
- Production bonus calculation and administration;
- General Ledger reconciliations;
- Intercompany reconciliation;
- Assistance with Annual Budget preparation;
- Assistance with monthly forecasting and reporting;
- Contract payment and query management; and
- General administration duties.
About you:
- Grade 12;
- National Diploma in Accounting or related field;
- SAP knowledge (FI & CO Module);
- 5 years experience in an administrative environment;
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and PivotTables;
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and under pressure;
- Good communication skills;
- Knowledge of Coupa would be advantageous;
- Medically Fit; and
- Valid drivers licence and own transport.
