We are the Energy & Infrastructure team, part of Real Assets EMEA. With ~130 professionals across Paris, Brussels, London, Madrid and Milan, we advise and arrange limitedrecourse financing for infrastructure, power and renewables projects. Our mission is to deliver tailored capital solutions that enable sustainable growth for our clients.
MISSION
As a Transaction Analyst, you will support senior bankers in preparing client presentations, executing new deals and building advanced projectfinance models. Your work will directly enable clients to secure financing that fuels sustainable infrastructure across Iberia and the wider EMEA market.
WHAT YOULL DO
Develop, review and run complex financial models, delivering clear outputs to clients.
Contribute to credit papers, information memoranda and model audit tasks.
Assist with legal documentation related to term sheets and financing agreements.
Support internal rating, profitability analysis and KYC onboarding processes.
Prepare screening memos, commercial proposals and preliminary debtsizing analyses.
WHAT YOULL BRING
Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or Law (strong academic record).
At least 18 months of experience in investment, corporate or commercial banking, or credit analysis.
Proficiency in Excel, with solid financialmodelling skills; VBA experience is a plus.
Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
? Teamworking spirit in multicultural, flexible environments.
Excellent organisational skills, able to perform under tight deadlines.
