Join Barclays as an AI Product Owner. This is a role leading the design, deployment and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide AI learning products. The role will work closely with technical teams and key stakeholders to shape the product roadmap, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and drive adoption of AI-enabled learning across the bank. 

To be successful in this role you should have experience in the following: 

  • Defining and owning the vision, roadmap and priorities for enterprise-wide AI learning products, ensuring alignment to talent, learning and business priorities. 

  • Translating talent development needs into clear product requirements, user stories and release plans that can be delivered by technical teams. 

  • Working closely with learning, HR, technology, data and risk stakeholders to prioritise features, manage trade-offs and ensure solutions are valuable, feasible and secure. 

  • Leading product deployment and adoption, ensuring AI learning products are implemented effectively and deliver a strong colleague experience. 

  • Monitoring product performance, user feedback and business outcomes to drive continuous improvement, optimisation and scale. 

  • Staying on current AI, learning technology and product management trends to identify opportunities to enhance enterprise learning products and ways of working.

Purpose of the role

To design and implement programmes and initiatives that support the growth and development of the banks employees and leaders. 

Accountabilities

  • Development and implementation of training and development programmes and initiatives, including creation and execution of training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
  • Collaboration with HR and hiring managers to analyse the current and future development needs of the organisation.
  • Design and delivery of classroom and digital based training content, programmes and associated User Experience.
  • Management of onboarding programmes including training, onboarding materials, introduction meetings and providing support throughout the onboarding process.
  • Analysis of data and metrics to measure success of talent development programmes and initiatives.
  • Development and implementation of coaching and mentoring programmes, train the trainer programmes for facilitators and relevant educational materials.
  • Develop and implement talent pipelining processes, identifying, managing, progressing and promoting talent capability across the bank with succession management and career progression.

  • To contribute or set strategy, drive requirements and make recommendations for change. Plan resources, budgets, and policies; manage and maintain policies/ processes; deliver continuous improvements and escalate breaches of policies/procedures..
