If you have expertise in travel underwriting, solid experience in the sector, and wish to contribute to defining guidelines, this opportunity is for you ! What youll be doing: - Develop and update travel underwriting guidelines, including product design, general conditions, pricing, and contracts. - Support AXA Partners entities in underwriting and pricing international business, especially during major tenders. - Analyze the performance of the travel portfolio by closely monitoring contracts and proposing corrective actions to optimize profitability. - Participate in the management and optimization of deals, supporting underwriting, pricing, and risk monitoring. - Collaborate with internal teams (Pricing, Data, Product, Operations, Legal, Compliance) to ensure consistent application of rules and strategies. - Ensure compliance and updating of underwriting guidelines, while ensuring adherence to internal policies. - Contribute to profitability monitoring and trend analysis to guide strategic decisions. What youll bring: - Master's degree in insurance, economics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years experience in the travel insurance sector, in underwriting, risk management, or actuarial work. - Excellent command of Excel tools and ability to analyze legal documents. - Fluent English, another language is a plus. - Strong autonomy, team spirit, analytical and negotiation skills, commercial acumen.
