Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, operations, and regulatory to design, develop, and approve new products. Prepare and review product specifications, documentation, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Monitor product performance after launch and recommend improvements to optimize success. Manage relationships with vendors providing product components and services. Provide regular reports and insights on development progress, market trends, and product performance to management.
