Credit Card Product Assistant Manager

We are looking for the candidates who will work as a Credit Card Product Assistant Manager to join our Payment Systems tribe which works with agile methodology. The role will carry out the following responsibilities;

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Masters Degree is an asset),
  • Fluent in English,
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PP) applications,
  • Knowledge of SAS and SQL programs,
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of payment systems, worked in the credit card management product team,
  • Preferably have experience on agile methodologies 
  • High communication skills, prone to teamwork, able to coordinate with other teams,
  • Result-oriented, proactive, analytical, innovative and researcher.

Job Description:

  • Managing consumer credit card product,
  • Following KPI of products (turnover, number of cards, sales, retention, activation, profitability), following, interpreting, presenting of all components,
  • Working in coordination with parties such as IT, digital channels and commercial banking for the development of the products under its responsibility, determining the technological path plan and priorities of the product,
  • Leading new projects and developments,
  • Creating the action plan of the products under his responsibility, following the budget,
  • Realization and follow-up of the campaign management planned within the scope of the general strategy of the products,
  • Making necessary competition and market analyzes for new products, determining customer needs, planning and implementing the most appropriate technical, financial and legal structure,
  • Analysis and market positioning of the product image, awareness and customer groups it addresses,
  • Taking competitive actions suitable for the target audience of the product, following the competition,
  • Responsible for product communications,
  • General and sectoral design of product revenue and profitability-enhancing campaigns, planning financial feasibility, communication, and strategies by coordinating with the relevant departments,
  • Detailed analysis and reporting of campaign results,
  • Creating business and marketing strategies in line with numbers.
