About the job Job purpose SPM Product manager main role is to defines the strategy and vision of Silva SPM product, drives the design based on business expectations, and coordinate development and deployment. He/she scales the product up to its ambition and maintain the product up to the expected quality to meet business objectives and customer satisfaction. Note: SPM will be new product following PEPPS implementation for AXA GO, so big focus will be on the productization of PEPPS as product for other entities and continue evolving/enhancing the product Main missions Scope of Activities, the ESM SPM Product Management Is fully accountable of its products scope throughout the entire lifecycle, including user needs and market trend analysis, marketing, communication, brand management, finance (costing, pricing, invoicing), P&L, build, transition, operations, support, continuous improvement and decommissioning. According to the Product Management Framework standards. Ensures the performance sustainability and the cost efficiency of its products with the primary target to deliver value for the Group. Identifies which processes and which architecture and business capabilities his product will be contributing to.
