What youll be doing: As an IT Help Desk Specialist, youll play a key role in delivering reliable and high-quality IT support across the organization. You will: Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software and end-user requests. Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices and workplace technology. Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook, network connectivity and Active Directory issues. Manage user accounts, access permissions and onboarding/offboarding IT activities. Monitor, prioritize and resolve support tickets while ensuring an excellent user experience. Support IT infrastructure, security standards and business continuity processes. Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and contribute to continuous process improvements. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver efficient IT services. Share knowledge, improve documentation and help enhance our Help Desk operations. What youll bring: Were looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with a customer-first mindset. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field. Around 3 years of experience in an IT Help Desk, Service Desk or IT Support role. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office and Outlook. Experience with Active Directory, desktop support, hardware troubleshooting and ticketing systems. Understanding of networking fundamentals, mobile device support and enterprise IT environments. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. A proactive, service-oriented approach with outstanding communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Good command of English to communicate in an international business environment. A continuous learning mindset and passion for improving the employee technology experience.
