- Enge und strukturierte Zusammenarbeit mit dem 1st-Level-Support sowie Bearbeitung und Koordination von Supportanfragen in unserem ITIL-basierten Ticketsystem ServiceNow.
- Einrichtung, Konfiguration und Betreuung von modernen Arbeitspltzen, Konferenzrumen und der lokalen IT-Infrastruktur in unseren Technikrumen
- Untersttzung bei der Verwaltung von Endgerten (Laptops, iPhones, iPads) mittels moderner Mobile Device Management (MDM)-Lsungen
- Installation, Konfiguration und Rollout modernster Hard- und Softwarelsungen (z. B. im Rahmen von NextGen-Projekten) sowie Durchfhrung von standardisierten IMAC/D-Prozessen
- Verstndliche Dokumentation technischer Lsungen sowie aktive Mitwirkung an der Digitalisierung und Pflege unserer internen IT-Systeme und Wissensdatenbanken
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker* fr Systemintegration) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
- Fundierte Praxis im IT-Support oder IT-Service-Management idealerweise in einem dynamischen Umfeld wie dem Finanz-, Handels- oder Beratungssektor
- Tiefgehende Kenntnisse im Bereich Modern Workplace (Windows 11, MS Office/M365, Microsoft Intune & Mobile Device Management (MDM), Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID) sowie Erfahrung mit Citrix, VDI, LAN/WLAN und Cisco-Systemen
- ITIL-Kenntnisse (Zertifizierung wnschenswert), eine eigenstndige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und flieende Englischkenntnisse
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen (ca. 10 %, vor allem innerhalb Deutschlands und nach London)
