Full Job Description

Responsibilities: Act as Business Analyst and Production Support for Healthbuzz and other operational systems, and serve as Product Owner in Scrum Team Handle incidents and production defects impacting operations, designing workarounds to minimize disruptions Propose and implement remedy actions as needed, negotiating fix designs and implementation plans Ensure QC control on fix including RCA and UTR review, UAT, BVT, IVT. etc. Coordinate Month end and Year End Arrangement, including online/offline schedule and ATP process adjustment, etc., and regulatory reporting and handling such as Levy, CRS, FATCA, Data retention, etc. Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Insurance domain and apply this to the execution and improvement of action plans by providing advice and guidance to others in the project / product execution and best practices Stay current with stakeholders needs and strategies; utilizing formal and informal written communication methods to communicate updates and findings; and facilitating project meetings and presentations to all types of diverse audiences Identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business process analysis and design at a complex level; focusing on quality improvement and data management; and partnering with internal and external customers to ensure systems provided meet the long-term business strategies Support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs Qualifications: University graduate in business administration, statistics, quantitative analysis or related disciplines 2+ year of proven experience in business analysis and project areas Experience in Project Management Strong knowledge in operation process and procedure Strong knowledge in life insurance Strong communication skill written and spoken including clear explanation to non-technical people Strong and tough characters with change management and dispute resolution skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills Well organized, self initiative and a good team player Well versed in Microsoft Office, a high level of financial/business analysis capacity including use of Excel, Work & PowerPoint Demonstrated ability to apply automation and AI solutions in a work environment, with hands-on experience using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate or similar platforms.
