Ashurst perkins Coie is seeking a senior lawyer with 5+ years' M&A experience in the mining and energy sectors, to join our market-leading Brisbane, Corporate team.

  • 5+ years' commercial experience gained within a top-tier firm or a leading mid-tier firm;
  • Strong experience in M&A transactions, joint venture agreements, and shareholder agreements; in the energy, mining and/or infrastructure sectors;
  • Excellent technical and drafting skills coupled with commercial nous;
  • Proactive, positive and energetic approach and commitment to excellence.
