Internship contract
Experience a two- to four-month internship at A&O Shearman between May and September 2027, where you will become an integral member of a team, work alongside accomplished lawyers, and actively contribute to both local and cross-border matters.

Join one of the following departments :

• Banking and finance

• Corporate M&A

• Financial services regulatory

• Global financial markets

• Litigation and investigations

• Litigation employment

• Tax

Role purpose

• Conducting legal research

• Participating in due diligence exercises

• Translating, drafting and proofreading legal documents

• Assisting in preparing client correspondence and presentations

Key requirements
You are a third-year or masters student in business law with strong proficiency in both French and English. If you are motivated and eager to learn, this internship offers an excellent opportunity to expand your legal knowledge, develop autonomy, and engage with challenging cases.
