Department purpose
Our Real Estate team advises on a wide range of real estate matters and is involved in many of the most prominent real estate transactions in Luxembourg. The team has developed strong expertise in both domestic and cross-border transactions, including forward sale agreements and value-add development projects. In addition, we regularly support institutional clients and project developers on complex lease arrangements and construction projects, including large-scale refurbishment programmes.

Role purpose
We are currently looking for a Mid-level Lawyer in Real Estate.


Role and responsibilities

  • You will work in a truly diverse environment, on both local and cross-border projects and on Real Estate or M&A matters

Key requirements

  • You possess a Law degree, preferably with distinction. An additional degree from an American or English university LL.M. would be an asset

  • You have at least 34 years of experience in Real Estate law in Luxembourg, with prior exposure to more technical matters such as urban planning, real estate transactions and property development. Experience in real estate litigation would be a plus.
  • You have attended or are eligible to attend the CCDL or the equivalent in another EU jurisdiction
  • You are fluent in both written and spoken English and French, German is an asset.

  • You are a team player, proactive and have excellent communication skills

  • You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and client service are essential to our business and the business of our clients

  • You have a sense of responsibility and are committed to producing quality work
