A&O Shearman is seeking a mid-level associate to join our debt finance team in our New York office. Our debt finance practice focuses on syndicated financing in a wide range of finance transactions.
Role purpose
A&O Shearman seeks an accomplished associate to join our New York office with 4-7 years of experience focused on all aspects of debt finance.
The salary range for this position is $365,000 to $435,000 depending on the candidate's JD year. We offer competitive compensation and benefits package which includes a discretionary bonus, paid leave, life, health, accident, and disability insurance; and a 401(k) plan.
