Job Role: Supply Chain Innovation Consultant

Location: London

Career Level: Consultant

Salary: Competitive, plus benefits.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Supply Chain Innovation Consultant to join our growing UKI End-to-End Value Chain team. This role offers early-career supply chain and procurement professionals the opportunity to contribute to large-scale transformation programmes, work with leading technology platforms and build consulting skills in a structured, supportive environment.

  • Analytics: Conduct benchmarking, process diagnostics, spend analysis, inventory analysis and supply network modelling to surface insights and quantify value.

  • Client engagement: Participate in workshops, stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions, capturing requirements and translating findings into structured outputs.

  • Client deliverables: Create clear, polished presentations, process maps, operating model designs, value cases and implementation roadmaps.

  • Assessments: Support end-to-end maturity assessments covering planning, procurement, resilience, sustainability and data or technology readiness.

  • Technology and AI: Help analyse, configure or implement platforms such as Kinaxis, Coupa, Celonis, SAP S/4HANA or o9, and explore how AI and agentic solutions can improve processes.

  • Practice and learning: Contribute to thought leadership, offering assets and knowledge sharing while staying current on AI-enabled planning, digital twins, Scope 3 and emerging regulation.
