In our Service Supply Chain offering, we leverage a combination of proprietary technology and client systems to develop, execute, and deliver BPaaS (business process as a service) or Managed Service solutions across the service lifecycle: Plan, Deliver, and Recover.

Join our dynamic Service Supply Chain (SSC) team and be at the forefront of helping world class organizations unlock their full potential.

We are currently seeking to hire a Product Management Specialist. This role owns the full product lifecycle from setting strategy, vision, and roadmap to driving delivery across one or more digital domains.

The Product Management Specialist works cross-functionally with engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to translate complex problems into clear product requirements and ship solutions in Agile environments. They measure and grow product impact through KPIs, analytics, and continuous discovery, while identifying opportunities for new digital offerings and market expansion.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Strategy & Vision Own product strategy, vision, roadmap, and delivery across digital domains; identify opportunities for new digital offerings, revenue growth, and market expansion.

  • Discovery & Stakeholder Engagement Lead product discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, and requirements gathering to surface and align on customer needs and business priorities.

  • Requirements Definition Define and prioritize product requirements; translate business problems into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.

  • Technical Collaboration Partner with architecture and engineering teams to assess technical feasibility and evaluate solution options.

  • Agile Delivery & Launch Drive product development from concept through deployment in Agile environments; support releases and adoption activities to ensure successful go-to-market execution.

  • Performance & Continuous Improvement Measure product success through business, customer, and operational KPIs; leverage user feedback, experimentation, and analytics to drive ongoing iteration and improvement.

Success in This Role:
This role is designed to drive the creation and launch of new digital products and services that deliver measurable business value. Within the first 2 years, the Product Manager will be expected to lead at least one net-new product or significant product capability from concept to market launch and support user onboarding and adoption efforts.
Success will be evaluated based on product delivery, launch execution, customer adoption, business impact, stakeholder satisfaction, and contribution to the broader product portfolio.
