Key Responsibilities:
Act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
Responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Advanced proficiency in Cobol Mainframe is required.
Advanced proficiency in AS/400 COBOL 400 Programming Language is recommended.
Furthermore, advanced proficiency in Mainframes Modernization on GCP, Restructured Extended Executor REXX, DB2 SQL, and Virtual Storage Access Method VSAM is suggested.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance system functionality and user experience.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
Document findings and solutions to create a knowledge base for future reference.
Participate in continuous learning and development to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
Support production.
