Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

  • Expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.

  • Responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.

  • Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

  • Advanced proficiency in Cobol Mainframe is required.

  • Advanced proficiency in AS/400 COBOL 400 Programming Language is recommended.

  • Furthermore, advanced proficiency in Mainframes Modernization on GCP, Restructured Extended Executor REXX, DB2 SQL, and Virtual Storage Access Method VSAM is suggested.

  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues to ensure system reliability and performance.

  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance system functionality and user experience.

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.

  • Document findings and solutions to create a knowledge base for future reference.

  • Participate in continuous learning and development to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.

  • Support production.
