About the role:

The Process Blueprint Lead owns the methodology and standards for how processes are redesigned across all transformation programs. This role is the primary design thinker for the engagement mapping how work gets done today, designing the future-state human + AI operating model, and ensuring every reinvention initiative builds to a consistent, high-quality blueprint. This role sits at the intersection of business design and AI enablement.

The work:

• Own the methodology and standards for designing human + AI processes across all transformation workstreams, ensuring every pod follows a consistent approach before any technology is built
• Lead current-state process assessments across the engagement scope understanding how work actually gets done, where friction exists, and what the data shows about productivity and capacity gaps
• Design the future-state operating model including human + AI process flows, role definition changes, and governance structures
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment workshops with client's functional leaders, driving to clear design decisions without losing rigor
• Own the Process Blueprint as the primary deliverable that defines the reinvented operating model and foundations for all execution workstreams
• Partner with Value Architects and AI & Data Innovators to ensure blueprints map to quantified value and are technically executable
