Key Responsibilities:
Help define and implement central function (processes and tools) for App Eng. Svcs (from environment management to SDLC tooling, environment health monitoring, non-permitted tech / vulnerability remediation work, CI/CD processes, etc).
Enhance systems to align with evolving business requirements.
Maintain applications and infrastructure in accordance with service level agreements.
Define and review technical requirements focusing on integration, performance, quality, and scalability.
Manage infrastructure capacity in partnership with cloud operations teams.
Track and analyze key performance indicators related to infrastructure and application performance.
Help in setting up, implementing and aligning Bank AES standards by which apps can and will be governed.
**This role requires 4 days per week onsite in Charlotte, NC and 5 days away per quarter.
