Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery and production support for Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM platforms supporting enterprise finance functions
- Manage and develop a team of 6 direct reports and 1 contractor, providing coaching, performance management, and leadership direction
- Partner with Corporate Financial Reporting and Controller teams to translate accounting, financial, and reporting needs into scalable technology solutions
- Oversee systems supporting general ledger, financial close, account reconciliation, tax reporting, and board-level reporting (10Q/10K)
- Drive execution of key initiatives aligned to corporate finance transformation and long-term strategic goals
- Manage backlog, enhancements, and production support activities to ensure system reliability and responsiveness
- Lead Agile delivery practices, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and iterative improvement
- Ensure timely evaluation and implementation of Oracle Cloud monthly and quarterly updates and patches
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor across business and technology teams
- Monitor delivery metrics, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies
- Foster a high-energy, collaborative team environment and provide stability within a team that has experienced leadership transition
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in leadership or IT delivery management roles
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to energize teams, build engagement, and drive results
- Experience delivering enterprise technology solutions within finance, accounting, or corporate reporting domains
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM (e.g., FCCS, ARCS, TRCS, Narrative Reporting, GL) preferred but not required
- Strong project and delivery management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in complex environments
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Familiarity with AWS and Workiva is a plus
