As part of the Culture, Development, Inclusion, and Leadership (CDIL) department, co-designs and facilitates learning experiences that build foundational leadership capabilities and improve organizational effectiveness. Consults with business leaders, HR partners, and stakeholders to identify development needs and delivery approaches for crew members, emerging leaders, and frontline leaders. Provides coaching, supports curriculum design, and evaluates learning outcomes to advance enterprise talent development priorities. May require occasional flexibility in working hours to accommodate international time zones and up to 15% travel to AZ or TX locations for in-person program delivery.

Core Responsibilities

  • Facilitates and co-designs core development and leadership development, culture, and inclusion learning experiences focused on topics such as but not limited to AI, communication, influence, coaching, feedback, performance management, career development, and team effectiveness.

  • Serves as the primary facilitator for enterprise-wide core development, corporate onboarding, and leadership development offerings supporting crew members, aspiring leaders, first-time leaders, and frontline people leaders.

  • Consults with program managers, HR partners, and business stakeholders to identify development needs and recommend learning solutions aligned to organizational priorities.

  • Contributes to the design, enhancement, and maintenance of core development and leadership development curricula, participant guides, facilitator materials, and learning resources.

  • Facilitates instructor-led, virtual, hybrid, and cohort-based learning experiences using adult learning principles, learner engagement techniques, and experiential learning methodologies.

  • Provides coaching and learning reinforcement to participants and leaders to support application of key concepts and behavioral change.

  • Supports onboarding and transition experiences for newly promoted leaders and first-time managers.

  • Evaluates learning effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, and learning data and recommends enhancements to improve learner outcomes and experience.

  • Applies emerging trends, facilitation practices, learning technologies, and leadership development methodologies to strengthen learning effectiveness and scalability.

  • Partners with fellow trainers and program managers to ensure consistent delivery standards and high-quality learner experiences across the CDIL portfolio.

  • Travels up to 15% to AZ or TX locations to support in-person facilitation.

  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of four years related experience.

  • Two years of leadership development, facilitation, coaching, talent development, HR, or training experience preferred.

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

  • Professional certifications in facilitation, coaching, instructional design, leadership development, or related disciplines preferred.
