Provides tactical support for the global investment access management program through the governance of investment access risk management strategies

This role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact on investment system access risk management while growing your expertise in financial markets and risk practices. The Senior Analyst serves as a primary point of contact for investment access onboarding, access support, and vendor coordination, helping ensure that crew have timely access to the systems and platforms required to support investment activities. Youll partner with stakeholders to assess risk, strengthen controls, and build clear, actionable reportinghelping ensure consistent, well governed access to investments across a global environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead onboarding and access provisioning for Investment Management crew by coordinating internal and third-party access requests while ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and service-level expectations.

  • Serve as a primary investment access support contact by resolving access-related issues and coordinating with vendors, application owners, technology teams, and business stakeholders to maintain appropriate permissions.

  • Maintain process documentation, procedures, training materials, and subject-matter knowledge of investment platforms, financial markets, securities, and industry practices to support investment access activities.

  • Support investment access risk management by implementing global policies and procedures, conducting advanced risk assessments, analyzing testing results, and strengthening change management, controls assurance, monitoring, and reporting programs.

  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years related work experience, preferably in a regulated financial services environment

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

  • Low coding skills preferred (ex: Appian, Tableau)
