Supports the Partnership team through accurate data analysis, maintenance of core datasets, and structured evaluation of partnership activity. Focuses on building strong analytical foundations while contributing to reliable reporting and decision support.
Supports the Partnership team through accurate data analysis, maintenance of core datasets, and structured evaluation of partnership activity. Focuses on building strong analytical foundations while contributing to reliable reporting and decision support.

Core Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Reporting

Analyses Net Cash Flow, assets, and related financial metrics at partner and product level

Produces regular and ad hoc reporting to support partnership and distribution decisions

Maintains and quality checks core datasets, including financial and deal databases

Data Management and Quality

Ensures accuracy, completeness, and consistency of core partnership and financial data

Identifies and flags data issues or inconsistencies, escalating where appropriate

Supports the smooth running of the data environment underpinning reporting and insight

Partnership and Deal Support

Supports evaluation of standard distribution partnership opportunities using defined frameworks

Maintains deal trackers and supporting documentation for governance and approvals

Contributes to structured assessment of partnership activity

Insight Development and Contribution

Explains key drivers behind movements in flows and assets using clear logic

Begins to add commentary on trends and underlying causes

Responds to ad hoc analysis requests in a timely and structured manner

Working Approach and Team Contribution

Operates independently at task level with guidance, managing recurring and ad hoc workload

Demonstrates sound judgement on when to resolve issues and when to escalate

Works collaboratively across the immediate team and partner functions

Builds capability towards more complex analytical and partnership work over time


Qualifications

  • Proven related work experience.

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
