Full Job Description

In this role, you will lead complex, multiyear programs with crossdivisional and enterprisewide impact, applying advanced program and portfolio management expertise within the Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO). You will oversee and maintain the CDAO product portfolio, including product ownership, cost and runrate profiles, and differentiation between transformation initiatives and businessasusual work. You will partner closely with the Program Management Office and Financial Planning & Analysis teams, as well as technology stakeholders, to provide portfolio transparency and support informed, datadriven decisionmaking. This role requires exercising independent judgment while leading seniorlevel discussions on portfolio prioritization, periodic tradeoffs, and fiscal planning. You will align key CDAO initiatives with enterprise IT portfolio processes to assess crossorganizational impact and prioritization against other divisional priorities. As a senior contributor, you may also support program governance practices and promote adherence to established methodologies and standards across complex initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages programs or major workstreams of a broader program. Ensures that the scope of the program aligns with business priorities and that business value is properly measured for prioritization.

  • Develops and maintains broad knowledge and awareness of Financial Services industry forces, competition, and trends to act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle. Monitors financial, legal, and other regulatory environments to ensure projects are aligned with the overall company strategy and market conditions.

  • Communicate with stakeholders, leaders, team members, management, and department partners to ensure that requirements and priorities are understood. Monitors project progress and results and submit regular status reports to management and internal and external stakeholders. Ensures the development and execution of business change management and communication plans.

  • Builds and maintains relationships across program stakeholders and proactively fosters effective communication between internal and external parties. Drives key decisions to ensure alignment with overarching goals across stakeholders.

  • Ensures all steps are taken to mitigate risk and maintains control, compliance, audit, and legal requirements. Maintains an appropriate level of technical and business knowledge to support program implementation.

  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

  • Contributes to the creation and implementation of project governance frameworks, standards, and templates to support consistent execution across programs.

  • Tracks and consolidate project dependencies, financials, and status updates across multiple related initiatives, ensuring visibility and alignment at leadership levels.

  • Supports training and mentoring of project staff on best practices in program management, tools, and reporting processes.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of eight years related business experience. Financial Services and function-specific experience required. Minimum of four years project management experience.

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence crossfunctional stakeholders, driving alignment, decisionmaking, and delivery across complex initiatives.

  • Proficient in program lifecycle management, risk control frameworks, and change management strategies.

  • Ability to handle complex interdependencies and manage competing priorities in a fastpaced environment.

  • Experience managing or supporting large, multiproduct portfolios in a complex organization.
