| Are you highly organized, risk conscious and confident advising stakeholders on complex onboarding matters? Do you have hands-on experience with AML/KYC, client due diligence and digital asset risk? Are you comfortable connecting traditional wealth management requirements with emerging risks in crypto exchanges, wallets and blockchain-based activity? Were looking for someone like that to: Act as a senior Digital Asset Onboarding Specialist and subject matter expert for complex onboarding cases involving digital assets, crypto exchanges, virtual asset service providers, custodians and other digital asset-related counterparties Own and coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities, ensuring client information, supporting documentation, risk assessments and approvals are completed accurately, consistently and within agreed turnaround times Advise client advisors, market teams and business partners on onboarding requirements, expected evidence, risk considerations and escalation paths for digital asset-related cases Conduct risk-based AML/KYC and client due diligence reviews, including enhanced due diligence where required, with particular focus on source of wealth/source of funds, wallet exposure and digital asset-specific red flags Review and interpret blockchain analytics outputs using tools such as Elliptic, Chainalysis or similar market tools, and translate findings into clear risk narratives for business, compliance and approval forums Coordinate with Financial Crime Prevention / Compliance, Operations and other control functions to resolve onboarding issues, obtain sign-offs and ensure decisions are properly documented Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and improve digital asset onboarding processes, controls, templates and stakeholder experience while maintaining strong risk discipline | Show more Digital Asset Onboarding Specialist |
