Full Job Description

Perform reviews of residential mortgage loan originations to ensure compliance with applicable consumer compliance regulations (including but not limited to TILA, RESPA,, ECOA, FCRA, Flood), and Bank policy/procedure. Perform reviews of quality and validity reports for residential and commercial mortgages to ensure accuracy of Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) data being collected. Perform reviews of HMDA-reportable applications for residential and commercial mortgages to ensure the accuracy of HMDA data being collected. Perform reviews of the vendors assessment of the Banks compliance with servicing-related consumer compliance regulations. Demonstrate the ability to assist performing a detailed analysis of mortgage loan documents and their compliance with applicable federal and state regulations and with Bank policy and procedure. Assist in organizing and maintaining data using various systems. Document and communicate the results of the reviews. Recommend reasonable corrective action relative to quality control findings. Assist with timely and accurate reporting of all quality control findings, action plans and root cause analyses. Appropriately raise and/or escalate problems and issues to management.
