Main Purpose:

We are looking for a Territory Manager to grow the agricultural segment of our wholesale diesel business, managing distributors and commercial policies while tracking the key performance indicators of the business. The role is responsible for developing Puma Energy Agro's sales channels in the assigned region, securing the company's market positioning, product quality, image at the point of sale and overall brand value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit Puma-branded businesses to assess the condition of the facilities and the level of service, ensuring compliance with the company's Quality, Image and Service standards.
  • Manage customer relationships end to end: commercial advice, account control, complaint resolution and sharing practical information that improves the way each business operates.
  • Assess the assigned territory through commercial and socioeconomic surveys to identify development potential and maximize economic return, managing both existing and new contracts.
  • Recommend price adjustments, special discounts and promotions to strengthen customer relationships and unlock new business opportunities.
  • Monitor customer collections and current accounts and support risk management to minimize overdue payments and bad debt.
  • Coordinate rebranding and identification projects, as well as other works, across the businesses in your portfolio.
  • Train and coach agri-dealer staff on the technical concepts of the product line to build effective teams.
  • Build relationships with the main players in the region in order to understand and anticipate market movements.

Knowledge and abilities:

  • Degree or final-year student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Advanced English.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Availability to travel within the country.
  • Valid driver's license (mandatory).
