As the client-facing arm of the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) franchise, Coverage Banking sits at the centre of our client relationships, bringing together product expertise, sector insights and market connectivity to deliver holistic banking solutions.

Where you could work 

Youll be placed into one of the following teams, working as an Associate Coverage Banker supporting senior bankers in managing client relationships, coordinating deal execution and identifying opportunities across the Banks network. 

 Corporate Coverage: Partner with multinational corporations, large local corporates and mid-market clients across a broad range of industries. Youll help deliver banking solutions spanning financing, cash management, trade, capital markets and strategic advisory services, while supporting relationship teams in driving client growth and franchise deepening. 

 Financial Institutions Coverage: Support relationships with banks, insurance companies, asset managers, sovereign entities, public sector organisations and other financial institutions. Youll gain exposure to complex client needs across financing, risk management, transaction banking, securities services and investment solutions.

Eligibility  

To be eligible for this graduate programme, you need to be in your final year of study and graduating by July 2027.  You must also have the permanent legal right to work in the country youre applying to.
