Global Support Functions Apprentice - India
Our 12 Months Apprenticeship Programme is designed to give you real responsibility from day one, while building the skills and experience to start your career in a global bank.
You wont just observe how a global bank operates you'll contribute to the teams that keep it running, evolving and ready for the future. From managing risk and strengthening our operations to supporting our people, technology and business, our Global Support Functions play a critical role in helping the Bank perform at its best.
Throughout the programme, youll:
- Take ownership of meaningful work and contribute to real business priorities
- Build technical, analytical and problem-solving skills through hands-on experience
- Learn how data, technology and processes are used to improve the way we work
- Develop your communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Learn from experienced colleagues and gain exposure to senior leaders
By the end of the programme, youll have a better understanding of how a global bank works, the role your function plays in its success, and where your skills and ambitions could take you next.
What were looking for
We're looking for curious, driven individuals who want to learn how global banking works in practice.
You should:
- Have graduated from college in 2025 or 2026.
- Academic eligibility: Bacgelor's degree graduates in B.Com, BBA, BBM, BMS and other equivalent three-year undergraduate programs
- Candidates pursuing or holding a PG qualification (eg., MBA, M.Com, PGDM or equivalent degree are not eligible)
- Have the legal right to work in India
- Have strong academic performance and be actively involved beyond the classroom
- Be confident working with data and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Be detail-oriented, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate integrity and a strong sense of responsibility
No prior banking experience is required just the motivation to learn and contribute.
