Responsibilities

    Expand and enhance the coverage of Asset Managers and HFs in the U.S.
    The role is a high-client-touch role that requires good communication skills to build relationships and trust with our clients and internal partners
    Market appropriate cross-asset solutions with particular emphasis on quantitative investment strategies
    Structure pitches to fit the client type, working with research, engineering, and marketing.
    Establish good knowledge of the SG QIS platform and the value it brings to the investment process
    Work closely with our Credit/ Risk partners to gain trust and approvals to grow the business.
    Work with automation, engineering, operations, and COO teams to continuously identify issues and improve processes.

DIVISION DESCRIPTION: 
Within Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking, the Global Markets Division brings together the Research, Investment and Risk Management Solutions, Execution and Clearing, Prime Services, Equities, Fixed Income, Futures and Currencies & Commodities structuring capabilities with the objective of providing investors with one integrated multi-asset market solutions team. The business uses an advisory and innovation mindset, focused on client needs, with a global leader in financial markets engineering. Global Markets is a leading player in derivatives, with unrivaled over the counter and listed derivatives expertise, as well as cross-asset and economic research.  Our prime services' offering is a unique combination of execution, clearing, custody and financing services.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
    Exceptional communication skills
    Strong knowledge of capital markets
    General knowledge of QIS, particularly in Equities 
    Strong client-focus and a self-starter
    Superior people skills to ensure constructive dialogue and positive cooperation, both internally with product lines, and externally with clients
    Deal-driven and highly energetic professional
    Strong quantitative skills. Ideal candidate will be adept at organizing and presenting data
    Series 7, 63
    Language: English

TECHNICAL SKILLS
Required:
    Knowledge of Equity Derivative Products and/or FX & Rates Derivatives
    Knowledge of MS Excel, MS word
Desired:
     Experience with Bloomberg and VBA
    General knowledge and use of AI tools
PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE
Desired:
    Previous experience in an investment bank's Front Office
    Derivative knowledge
    Systematic investment experience

EDUCATION
Required:
    Bachelor's degree

COMPENSATION:
Base salary range does not include overtime pay, bonus and/or other benefits, where applicable. Actual base salary offer will vary based on skills and experience. The role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and includes a competitive benefits package including 401(k) plan with company match, medical/dental/vision, and other benefits for fertility, wellness, student loans and commuters.
