Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of the Capital Call Financing Analyst include:

  • Support the origination and execution of Capital Call financing facilities
  • Prepare client presentations and other marketing material
  • Utilize internal underwriting guidelines and transaction deal terms to produce internal credit applications
  • Conduct client due diligence of existing and prospective transaction opportunities
  • Support senior team members in the origination, structuring and execution of Capital Call financing facilities including working with internal and external legal counsel on transaction documentation and coordinating the execution process with internal constituents
  • Manage internal databases and work on ad hoc projects
  • Work with the Capital Call Portfolio Manager to ensure efficient and timely management of annual credit reviews, monitoring of credit performance of existing transactions, relevant industry trends, etc. 
     

Profile required

  • BA or BS degree required; concentration in Economics, Finance, Business, Math, or Computer Science is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office application, with high technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and work across the firm to ensure product is delivered to client.

COMPENSATION:
Base salary range does not include overtime pay, bonus and/or other benefits, where applicable. Actual base salary offer will vary based on skills and experience. The role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and includes a competitive benefits package including 401(k) plan with company match, medical/dental/vision, and other benefits for fertility, wellness, student loans and commuters.
