Reporting to the Asia-Pacific Head of Prime Services Product, the role focuses primarily at managing the Equity Prime Brokerage product suite.

The main responsibilities can be summarised as follows:

• Facilitate the growth of the Equity Prime Brokerage Business in Asia with clients and sales globally
• Deliver the product roadmap in Asia in coordination to global strategic program for the product
• Work alongside sales to define the regional product strategy and business plans to capture additional business
• Partner, promote and manage coordination across Equity PB product team globally
• Monitor business performance, profitability and scarce resources consumption
• Liaise with internal partners to deliver control and service improvements
• Ensure client excellence is delivered at all levels of the organization
• Represent SG in industry forums and working groups for the product

• Investment banking/ financial services industry knowledge, with 5-10 years of Equity Prime Brokerage experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to interact and communicate convincingly with all levels of the organisation, with clients and industry bodies
• Ability to be able to work independently on multiple conflicting priorities and under pressure until completion

Prime Services and Clearing is a business line within Global Markets offers listed derivatives execution & clearing,  all different ancillary services such as Securities Prime brokerage, FX Prime Brokerage, OTC clearing, and associated financing solutions. Within Prime Services and Clearing, the Products team is in charge of maintaining, developing and promoting all aspects of the Prime Services product capabilities, working closely with Prime Sales, IT, Operations, Risk Management, Business Management Office, Legal and Compliance.
