Responsibilities

As part of the Global Banking & Advisory (GLBA) COO Office, you will play a key role in connecting our Front Office, Risk teams, and Central Functions to ensure seamless execution of regulatory, operational, and strategic priorities.

We are looking for a technically skilled and analytically driven professional who will support the team by automating processes, enhancing data analysis, and improving reporting capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong business understanding with handson expertise in business intelligence and workflow automation, and who is motivated to design simple, scalable solutions that increase efficiency and data transparency.

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:

  • Delivering data-driven insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and performance monitoring

  • Investigating and resolving data discrepancies while continuously improving underlying data structures

  • Partnering directly with Front Office and COO teams to provide practical technical tools and operational support

  • Driving the simplification and standardization of recurring reporting, controls, and administrative processes

  • Promoting an automation mindset across the team

Profile required

You will be best suited for this role if:

  • You bring proven experience in BI, data analysis, or process automation, featuring skills in Power BI and Excel

  • You have a track record of building successful workflow automation solutions, ideally using Power Automate and Power Apps

  • You possess a solid understanding of data structures, transformation techniques, and managing large datasets

  • You have strong problem-solving skills and the analytical mindset needed to turn business needs into technical tools.

  • You are fluent in English, and while French is not mandatory, it is considered an asset for this position

  • You have a foundational knowledge of SQL or Python, background in financial services, or an interest in leveraging AI tools

Why join us

Your future with Societe Generale will include:

  • Work in a pleasant atmosphere as part of an international team in a brand-new office in the centre of Warsaw, designed with facilities for people with disabilities

  • An active role in an international structure and the opportunity for growth

  • Access to educational platforms and language courses

  • Stability

  • Competitive salary based on seniority and skills

  • Support in quick adaptation in the company

  • Extraordinary health package with extensive dental care

  • Hybrid work (3 days per week) and one-time bonus for home office equipment

  • Even more benefits such as meal allowance, holiday fund, sports card and insurance

*Please be informed that we will be accepting only resumes in English.
