JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 HR Operation Analyst is responsible for supporting and enhancing the efficiency of HR operation by analyzing HR Data, optimizing processes and ensuring compliance with policy and procedures.

       This role involves managing HR Systems, reporting and data integrity while collaborating with various HR Functions to drive process improvement.

       Engage in processing and reviewing of transaction as per the standard operating procedures and guidelines.

       Responsible to Perform all HR Ops activities with 100% quality & as per agreed timelines. Process Expertise on Onboarding, Off Boarding & Work Force Administration.
